Gina Hartman Baker

Gina Hartman Baker currently serves as Senior Vice President of Global Revenue Enablement at Firstup since April 2024 and is a member of the Sales Enablement Collective, which focuses on driving alignment in sales enablement for business growth. Previous experience includes Vice President of Sales Enablement at Kyriba, as well as Vice President of Strategic Growth Programs, Operations & Enablement at OpenText. Gina has also held key leadership positions at GXS, SA2 Worldync, Agentrics LLC, WorldWide Retail Exchange, Metiom, and Spaceworks. Gina earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Salisbury University between 1988 and 1992.
