Lauren Peresada

Lauren Peresada is an experienced professional in account management and customer success, currently serving as the Director of Account Management at Firstup since September 2021. Prior to this role, Lauren held multiple positions at SocialChorus, including Engagement Director and Senior Engagement Manager, where the focus was on fostering client success and aligning programs with company goals. At KleerMail, Lauren led the Client Success team, managing client onboarding and training for the Direct Marketing Platform. Earlier experience includes roles at HubSpot as Principal Customer Success Manager, where Lauren managed a substantial portfolio of medium-sized business customers, and various customer service positions in the printing industry.
