Kevin Hammond

Kevin Hammond is the Manager of ResilientFirst at FirstWatch. Kevin has over 25 years of senior management experience in internet technology start-up companies. In 2011, Kevin became Blanchard Certified in Situational Leadership II and completed The Lilly Family School of Philanthropy Indiana University Fund Raising Management certification in 2013. With a passion to teach today’s youth servant leadership worldwide, Kevin is establishing national distribution channels for the Institute curriculum to reach individuals (students) and Leaders serving the greater Education, Non-Profit and Faith-based industries.

Kevin Hammond has a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Southern California and a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Santa Monica. Kevin is certified by the Blanchard Institute in Blanchard Student Situational Self Leadership and by Hello Driven Ltd as a Certified Resilience Coach.
