Melissa Aguiling

At FirstWatch, Melissa works across departments to help ensure projects stay on course and on schedule and coordinates and communicates with clients to ensure they’re getting the support they need.

Her background in healthcare includes experience as a Certified Nurse Assistant and a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration from the University of Phoenix. Although she is new to public safety, Melissa has also worked as an event manager and operations coordinator, roles that further honed her project-management customer-service skills.
