David Aaron

David Aaron is a seasoned operations leader with 15 years of experience in the financial industry, currently serving as the VP of Operations at FirstWave Capital. They have built and scaled buy-side infrastructure, demonstrating expertise in equity and credit strategies within hedge fund, mutual fund, and SMA structures. Previously, at Aperture Investors, David grew operations from startup to $4 billion in assets under management and led international teams in New York and London. Their career also includes positions at J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, RBS, and The Blackstone Group. David is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Finance at Cornell University, where they have been studying since 2021.
