Michael Bachman

Michael Bachman is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the technology and recruitment sectors. Currently serving as Head of Sales at FirstWork, Michael oversees revenue strategy and market expansion for an AI workforce automation platform. Prior to this role, Michael was the Director of Sales at Qwick, where responsibilities included matching hospitality workers with businesses. As Co-Founder and CEO of Preferhired, Michael developed a referral platform connecting job seekers and employers. Previous positions include Sales Strategy and Enablement Consultant at InsideOut, Sales Director at HiringSolved, and Director of Sales & Business Development at Recruitics, among others. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication from Towson University and an MBA from Argosy University.
