Bartosz Wojcicki

Bartosz Wojcicki is an experienced HR professional with a Master of Arts in Psychology from the University of Warsaw and a Post Graduate degree in HR Management for Managers from Kozminski University. Currently serving as the Director People Partner at FIS since November 2016, Bartosz has held various HR roles, including Senior HR Business Partner at Bank BGŻ BNP Paribas S.A., where responsibilities included advising on HR management and labor law. Earlier positions included Head of Career Planning and Management Team and HRBP Unit Manager at Bank BGZ, as well as roles at Bank Pekao and Bank BPH SA, focusing on performance management and HR development.
