Benjamin Sloas

Benjamin Sloas is an experienced leader in securities operations and client services, currently serving as the Securities Operations Director at FIS since September 2019. In this role, Benjamin leads various operational functions for T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan business, manages the migration of operational activities to Reliance Trust Company, and oversees a significant transition involving a retirement plan with 250,000 participants and $28 billion in assets. Prior to FIS, Benjamin held senior leadership positions at Huntington National Bank, Citi, and BISYS Fund Services, demonstrating a strong track record in operational efficiency, risk management, and client service. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from The Ohio State University.
