Bill Ervin

Bill Ervin is currently the Director of Information Technology at FIS, overseeing a global IT organization of 70 professionals and supporting over 25,000 end-users. Previously, they served as Regional IT Manager for North America at SunGard, managing operations for 2,500+ end-users and enhancing service reliability. Bill has a background in IT management, having held prominent roles at A.D. Marble & Company and The Hartford, focusing on system integration, process optimization, and disaster recovery. They hold an Associate degree in Computer Engineering and both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
