Andrew Spidle

Andrew Spidle is the Director of IT at Axcet HR Solutions. Andrew has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, including 14 years in management positions.

Spidle began their career as a Senior Accountant at Independent Telecommunications Inc. in July 1993. Andrew left the company three years later to become a Manager Financial Systems at Sprint. Andrew held this position for 11 years, until they left to join Axcet HR Solutions in February 2007.

As Manager Financial Systems at Sprint, Spidle was responsible for creating cutting edge business intelligence warehouses, enterprise applications, and a top-quartile operations support team within a “Center of Excellence” organization. Andrew also led support and development of enterprise business intelligence programs, financial applications, and operational reporting. In addition, they collaborated with divisional leadership on critical Revenue, Customer, HR, Financial, and Supply Chain metrics.

In their current role as Director of IT at Axcet HR Solutions, Spidle is responsible for leading the company’s IT strategy and initiatives. Andrew has successfully implemented large-scale databases and analytical applications with data integration. Andrew also led the enterprise business intelligence strategy initiative on technology and process.

Andrew Spidle is a graduate of Truman State University, where they earned their BS in Accounting and their MA in Accounting.

They work with Jo McClure - Director of Payroll Administration, Beth Foulk - Marketing Director, and Steve Donovan - Director of Risk Management. Andrew Spidle reports to Jerry Diddle, President & Founder.
