Christopher Strazzella

Christopher Strazzella is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience across prominent organizations. Currently serving as the SVP and Global Head of Talent Acquisition & Executive Search at FIS since January 2025, Strazzella drives talent strategy across various business segments. Previously, as Managing Director and Global Head of Technology Recruiting at Goldman Sachs from July 2022 to January 2025, Strazzella focused on enhancing the candidate experience and developing a forward-looking talent acquisition model for the engineering workforce. From December 2019 to July 2022, Strazzella held the position of Vice President and Global Head of Talent Acquisition for Technology at WarnerMedia, overseeing recruitment across the global CTO organization. At Verizon Media, Strazzella was the Global Head of Talent Acquisition from June 2017 to December 2019, managing diverse recruitment teams across multiple regions. Strazzella began a career in talent acquisition at Yahoo, serving as the Head of Executive Search & Sales Recruiting Leader from December 2012 to June 2017. Strazzella holds a BA in International Relations from the University of Delaware.
