Dale Nichols

Dale Nichols has extensive experience in the payments and financial services industry, currently serving as a Payments Network Support Analyst at FIS since January 2019. Previously, Dale was the Director of Product Management at CU24 from December 2016 to January 2019, overseeing product integration and management. Additionally, Dale held the position of Director of Client Support at Star Network from 1999 to February 2016, where responsibilities included leading a technical support team and enhancing operational efficiency for numerous processors. Dale's career in the EFT industry began at First Data Corporation, where management of a support team focused on customer service and problem resolution occurred from 1993 to 1999. Dale holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from UCF College of Business.
