Geoffrey Walden

Geoffrey Walden is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client relationship management and operations within the financial services industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Client Relationships at FIS since 2011, Geoffrey oversees Transfer Agent client relations and manages diverse teams to support client initiatives. Prior to FIS, Geoffrey held the position of Vice President at J.P. Morgan Retirement Plan Services, focusing on financial controls and trust operations from 2004 to 2010. At Security Benefit, Geoffrey worked as Assistant Vice President in both strategic business development and retirement plan operations, where significant efficiency improvements and asset growth were achieved. Geoffrey's earlier career at Scudder Investments included roles in project management and shareholder services, providing a strong foundation in operations and client collaboration. Geoffrey holds a Master's degree in Management from Baker University and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Psychology from Kansas State University.
