Islam Shawky is an experienced professional in the field of data solutions and account management, currently serving as an Account Manager and Solution Architect at Teradata Egypt since April 2008. In this role, Islam supports both pre and post sales efforts by analyzing customer business and technical requirements and translating them into actionable solutions. Prior to this, Islam held positions such as Technical Lead at Turk Telekom and ETL Team Leader at both Nokia and Xceed, along with roles in data modeling and ETL development. Islam possesses a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of East London and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Alexandria University.
