Joseph Prabhakar

Joseph Prabhakar serves as the Senior Vice President of Technology Operations at FIS since 2019, leading a team that enhances client, developer, and employee experiences across 720 products for over 20,000 financial institutions and a million merchants. Prior to this role, Joseph was the Vice President of Network Operations at Founder Institute from 2016 to 2018. Joseph's extensive experience at Visa from 2005 to 2015 included senior leadership positions focused on Technology Operations for mergers and acquisitions and global operations. Joseph also held key engineering and leadership roles at Dimension Data/Proxicom, Mazda North American Operations, WellPoint, and GESEACO, where vital contributions included architecture and deployment of e-commerce platforms and backend solutions for major clients.
