Michel Bakkenes is an experienced leader in sales and operations with a diverse background across multiple industries. Currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Sales and Revenue Operations Strategy & Transformation at FIS since December 2022, Michel previously held key positions at Clario, including VP and Chief of Staff to the CEO, as well as Director of Operations. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Rackspace, Amazon Web Services, and Hitachi Data Systems, where Michel focused on operations, customer success, and managed cloud solutions. With a foundation in business consulting from EY and Infolook, Michel has demonstrated effective strategic direction and program management throughout a career spanning over two decades.
