Nicole Pair

Nicole Pair is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and operations. Currently serving as a Product Manager and previously as an Operations Manager at FIS since April 2014, Nicole has a proven track record in analyzing and developing automated processing solutions and integrating diverse platforms to streamline workflows. Prior to FIS, Nicole held various leadership roles at Reliance Trust Company, including Vice President of Risk Management and Project Manager, where responsibilities included developing processes for operational tracking, managing significant conversions, and overseeing application development. Nicole also has experience in quality assurance and customer support from time spent at Phoenix Systems, Inc. and held an earlier role as Assistant Vice President - Operations Manager at Reliance Trust Company. Nicole holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology & Communications from Georgia College & State University.
