Shawn Phelps

Shawn Phelps has extensive experience in IT security and incident response, having held various positions at prominent organizations. At FIS, from December 2005 to October 2021, Shawn served as Director of Security Incident Response, IT Security Manager, and IT Security Architect Senior. Prior to FIS, Shawn worked at ProNet Solutions from November 2006 to December 2012 in roles such as Vulnerability Management Engineer, Emergency Response Team Engineer, and Technical Support Consultant Team Lead. Earlier career experience includes a position as Systems Specialist at General Electric from March 2004 to December 2005 and as Computer Support Assistant with the City of Chandler from March 2001 to March 2004.
