Thad Eastep

Thad Eastep is an experienced professional in the retirement sales and project management sectors, currently serving as the Head of Retirement Sales at FIS since February 2005. Throughout the career at FIS, Thad has held multiple roles, including Sales Operations Manager, Sales Delivery Manager, and Sales Solution Architect, where responsibilities encompassed enhancing sales force effectiveness, creating implementation strategies, and consulting with customers to address their business needs. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Project Manager at SunGard, overseeing project teams and managing client expectations, along with earlier work as a Product Support Specialist focused on client inquiries and software testing. Thad holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
