Alfonso Loureiro, CFP®, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in retirement sales and wealth management. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Retirement Sales and Product Coaching at TIAA since February 2009, Alfonso is responsible for developing sales strategies and overseeing a team dedicated to institutional retirement products. Previous roles include Divisional Sales Director positions in Wealth Management and Managed Accounts, where Alfonso led teams to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. With a solid background as a Vice President of Sales at Bank of America Private Bank, Alfonso holds an MBA in Finance from Iona University, a Certified Investment Management Analyst designation from Wharton Executive Education, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Fordham University.
