Fred Foster has been working in the customer success and data analysis fields since 2014. Fred began their career at Sky as a Media Researcher, where they were responsible for the storage, logging, and distribution of sports and entertainment footage. In 2016, they took on a freelance role as a Data Analyst at Opta Sports, recording and interpreting statistical data on location from live football matches and communicating them immediately. In 2017, they worked at Rackspace and Markadis Ltd as a Customer Success Manager and a Customer Journey Team, respectively. Currently, they are employed at FISCAL Technologies as a Customer Success Manager.

Fred Foster attended Long Road Sixth Form College from 2008 to 2010, where they studied Media Studies, English Language, and Psychology. Fred then went on to Birmingham City University, where they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Media and Communications (Journalism) from 2011 to 2014.
