Simon Vanpoucke

Simon Vanpoucke is a Junior Policy Analyst at FiscalNote since January 2023, focusing on the analysis and synthesis of legislation and policy at various governance levels. Prior experience includes serving as a Coordination Intern at the United Nations Resident Coordinator’s Office in Malawi, where Simon developed an extensive analysis of the donor ecosystem. As a Managing Partner at Bar Visart, Simon created and managed a pop-up summer venue, overseeing marketing strategy and logistics. Additional roles included customer support at Foodbag and an internship as Education and Programs Coordinator at FOMU - Photography Museum Antwerp. Academic qualifications consist of a Master of Science in EU Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, both from Ghent University and Arteveldehogeschool, respectively.
