Deb Allen

Deb Allen has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Deb has most recently worked as a Sales Operations Manager at Fischer Connectors since January 2023. Prior to that, they were a CCC Training & Development Coach at Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks from June 2022 to January 2023. Deb also worked as a Customer Call Advisor at SSE plc from November 2020 to June 2022. Before their roles in the energy sector, Deb was a European Training Manager at PEI-Genesis from April 2007 to April 2020, where they managed a training team and specialized in sales training and customer service. Deb also served as a Customer Service Manager at ITW Switches from September 2004 to April 2007. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as a Logistics Manager at Goodmans Loudspeakers Ltd from August 1996 to September 2004.

Deb Allen attended Southdowns College from 1983 to 1985, where they earned a BEC National degree in Business & Finance.
