Chris Hightchew

Chris Hightchew has extensive experience in the construction and building information modeling (BIM) sectors, currently serving as a BIM Analyst II at Fischer Homes since March 2015. Chris's role focuses on enhancing organizational profitability through the development and refinement of scopes of work and estimating standards, as well as improving estimating take-off procedures. Prior positions at Fischer Homes include BIM Analyst I and Estimating Market Specialist for Indianapolis, where Chris was responsible for producing accurate material and labor take-offs and resolving variance issues. Earlier experience includes a role in the United States Army as Utilities Equipment Repair, focusing on the maintenance of environmental control units and military vehicles. Chris holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from Northern Kentucky University, earned between 2014 and 2017.
