Wes Rogers has worked in the medical device industry for over 25 years. In 1994, they began their career as a Sales Representative for the Neurologic Technologies Division of Medtronic. During their 10 year tenure, they received several Sales Excellence Awards and a Top Ten US Performance Award. In 2004, they moved on to become a Sales Representative for a Medical Device Distributorship, where they grew annual sales from $2.5M to $7M. In 2005, they became the Director of Sales & Marketing for TEI Biosciences, where they built and managed a team of two regional managers and 29 direct representatives. In 2010, they were hired as the Southern Region Manager for OsteoMed, where they managed a team of 10 direct reps and 4 distributor organizations. In 2013, they took on the role of Vice President/General Manager and Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Chemence Inc. In 2014, they became the Owner/General Manager of Surgery Dynamics, Inc., where they were recognized as one of the Inc. 5000 #257 Fastest Growing Private Companies in 2021. In 2015, they were appointed President & CEO of Fischer Medical, where they were responsible for the flagship product, the Bloom cardiac electrophysiology stimulator. Finally, in 2016, they co-founded Fischer Imaging, Inc., a startup dedicated to improving breast cancer detection and reducing unnecessary treatment for patients.
Wes Rogers attended William & Mary from 1990 to 1992, and then Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School of Business from 1992 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Management.
