The 85,000 sq ft SQF Level 2 facility specializes in hot-fill, shelf-stable products that are manufactured in Fredericksburg, TX. Fischer & Wieser is well known for award-winning unique recipes that include the expertise of recipe creation, hand-roasting, and use of high-risk allergens. Products can be found throughout the United States and globally under the Fischer & Wieser, Mom’s, Stick and Tine, and Dr. Foo’s brands. The original family farm continues to thrive and has expanded into a food and wine destination known as Fischer & Wieser’s Farmstead which includes a cooking school, tasting room, guest houses, distillery, and more.
