Shanmukha Kuppam

Shanmukha Kuppam has worked as a Bench Sales Recruiter at FiSec Global Inc starting in June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Radixsoft Inc as a Bench Sales Recruiter from February 2021 to May 2023. In this role, they were responsible for hiring OPT, H1B Transfer, H1B, H4-EAD, GC, and US citizens. Shanmukha posted and submitted resumes on various job boards and found requirements for consultants through other resources. Shanmukha also directly worked with end client requirements by submitting consultant profiles to vendors and checked for suitable requirements on job portals.

Shanmukha Kuppam attended Sri Mittapalli College of Engineering from 2014 to 2017, where they earned a High School Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. They then continued their education at the same institution from 2017 to 2020, obtaining a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Shanmukha Kuppam also obtained certifications in Manual Testing, Core Java, SQL, and Selenium from QSpiders - Software Testing Training Institute in April 2023.
