Ben Bauman

Ben Bauman is an experienced professional in data analysis and public health research, having worked in various roles since 2009. Starting as a Public Policy Research Assistant at the Center for Neighborhood Technology, Ben investigated the economic benefits of sustainable practices. As a Special Projects Research Associate at Illinois State University, monitoring job attainment rates in collaboration with the Illinois Department of Employment Security was a key responsibility. Ben later served as a Public Health Research Analyst at the University of Illinois at Chicago, implementing geoprocessing solutions for a longitudinal study with the Department of Veterans Affairs. In a significant role as a Senior Market Analyst at BMO Financial Group, advising on the bank’s roadmap by analyzing market data was a primary focus. Currently, as a Data Scientist at Fiserv, Ben builds advanced data pipelines and automates ETL workflows, significantly enhancing data processing speeds.
