Bill Ross

Bill Ross, CCP, currently serves as the Director of Compensation at Fiserv, where they manage compensation strategies and programs. Ross has previously held positions as a Compensation Analyst at both HD Supply and Bob Evans, and as a Compensation Administrator at Rock-Tenn Company. Earlier in their career, they were a Campus Coach for The Impact Movement, leading groups of students and securing funding for initiatives. Ross began their professional journey as a Compensation Intern at Cardinal Health and has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from The Ohio State University.
