Caroline Dobson

Caroline Dobson is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Fiserv since June 2020, Caroline has previously held multiple positions at First Data Corporation from February 2004 to June 2020, including Human Resources Director, Human Resources Manager, and Operations Manager. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Durham University, where studies took place from 1993 to 1996, and received foundational education at Bromsgrove School in Worcestershire.
