Chris Fragkos

Chris Fragkos serves as the VP of Financial Institutions at Fiserv since September 2025. Prior experience includes being the Sales Director at Profile Software from January 2021 to July 2025, where Chris focused on new business development, territory expansion, client engagement, and partner management, successfully opening markets in the Caribbean, LATAM, Florida, and Germany. Chris co-founded SPIN Analytics, serving as COO from January 2017 to December 2020, specializing in AI automation for credit risk modeling and analytics. Previous roles include Program Director for Strategy & Transformation at Wipro Limited and Transformation Manager at Banco Santander. Chris co-founded G X Consult Ltd, focusing on tech-led transformations, and has held significant consultancy and program management positions across organizations such as adidas group and Orange Business Services. Academic qualifications include PhD programs in Geographic Information Systems from Imperial College London and King's College London, alongside a diploma in Computer Modelling in Geology from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III.
