Christopher M. Foskett

As Head of Corporate Development, James (Jim) Cox oversees mergers and acquisitions, and strategic partnerships for Fiserv, Inc. He joined the company in 2001 serving as Group President of Fiserv Health until 2006.

Prior to joining Fiserv, Cox was a partner in the CPA firm Baker Tilly (and its predecessor Lund Koehler Cox and Arkema) and President of Trewit, Inc., a company acquired by Fiserv in 2001.

Jim is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. A recognized financial services and technology industry leader with more than 30 years of experience, Cox is a member of the Board of Directors of Blue Voyant, Sagent Lending Technologies, Defi Solutions, Tegra 118 and LTCG.
