Franco Moccia

Franco Moccia is the Country Manager for Fiserv in Uruguay, with an extensive background in finance and public sector leadership. They have previously served as Ministro de Desarrollo Urbano y Transporte for the Gobierno de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires and held executive positions as CEO at various Citibank branches across Ecuador, Colombia, and Peru. With a strong educational foundation, Franco earned a Licenciado en Economía from the Universidad de Buenos Aires and a Master in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School. Additionally, they have contributed to multiple organizations, including serving as President of Fundación Pensar and as a board member for the Inter-American Dialogue.
