Frank Padula

Frank Padula has extensive experience in product and program management within the financial services industry. Currently, at Fiserv since April 2022, Frank is involved in product management, while simultaneously serving as a Program Management Associate at Santander Bank, N.A. since 2019, implementing and expanding programs related to payments. Previously, Frank held various vice president roles at BNY Mellon and Deutsche Bank from 1998 to 2019, focusing on payment platforms, security operations, technical services, and client access products. Notable achievements include managing substantial budgets and spearheading product development that resulted in increased revenue. Frank Padula holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and an Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the City University of New York-College of Staten Island.
