Jeanie Conway

Jeanie Conway has extensive experience in human resources, having held various positions at Fiserv from October 2019 to October 2023, including VP of Human Resources, HR Director, and HR Manager. Prior to Fiserv, Jeanie worked at Kohl's from October 2013 to September 2018 as an AR Advisor and in multiple HR Generalist roles. Jeanie's early career at Kohl's Department Stores from July 2006 to August 2011 included positions as an Executive Recruiter focused on E-Commerce and MIO, and as a Recruiting Assistant and Talent Management Assistant, specializing in talent management and recruitment processes. Jeanie began in the HR field with HR First - Kelly Services as a Hiring Logistic Specialist from October 2004 to July 2006. Jeanie holds a Master's degree in Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, earned between January 2001 and January 2003.
