Jennifer LaClair

Jennifer LaClair is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in financial management and banking. Currently serving as the Head of Global Business Solutions and Chief Revenue Officer at Fiserv since July 2023, Jennifer's previous roles include Chief Financial Officer at Ally from 2017 to 2022 and Head of Business Banking and Chief Financial Officer for PNC Businesses from 2007 to 2018. Additionally, Jennifer has contributed to strategic boards as a member of the Board at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond and Whirlpool Corporation. Prior to these positions, Jennifer was a Consultant and Practice Manager at McKinsey & Company from 2001 to 2007. Jennifer holds an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, earned between 1999 and 2001.
