Mark Pearson

Mark Pearson possesses extensive experience in enterprise architecture, IT management, and financial services technology. Currently serving as VP of Enterprise Architecture at Fiserv since April 2018, Mark oversees architecture for Merchant Solutions Settlement and Back Office. Previous roles at Fiserv include VP of Information Technology and VP of Enterprise Architecture for Merchant Acquiring Core Platforms. Mark has also consulted independently, advising various organizations on IT management and technology revitalization. Prior experience at SunTrust includes serving as SVP Operations IT and Architecture, responsible for payment and lending operations, as well as leading innovation initiatives. Mark's career began at S1 Corporation as VP Corporate Development and included tenure at Gartner, Inc., and IBM/Transarc. Mark holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology, alongside degrees from Emory University and Vanderbilt University.
