Scott Bailey, PMP, is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience across multiple industries. Since 2015, Scott has served as a Principal Program Manager at Fiserv, delivering outcomes in electronic payments programs while providing leadership and strategic planning. Prior to this role, Scott held positions including Manager of the Infrastructure PMO at Macy's, where oversight of a full-service PMO and the mentoring of project managers were key responsibilities, and Head of the Project Management Office at Matra, where the establishment of a robust PMO structure was achieved. Earlier in the career, Scott was Director of Project Management at JDA Software, leading complex software initiatives, and served as a Project Manager at Spencer Engineering and Gap Inc., where project control processes and the execution of implementation projects were developed and managed. Scott’s educational background includes studies at The George Washington University School of Business and the Project Management Institute.
