Brian Waddle is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in information technology and operations analysis. At Fish City Grill since August 2013, Brian manages the IT infrastructure, vendor relationships, and company database for 23 restaurants, while also preparing data analyses for operations and being a member of both the leadership and culinary teams. Prior to this role, Brian served as a broadcast statistician for Bally Sports Southwest, Oklahoma, and New Orleans, maintaining live game stats for the Dallas Stars broadcasts from January 2013 to August 2023. Brian's earlier career included positions at CBS Radio, where contributions as a sports reporter and producer were made, and at the University of Oklahoma's radio station, where live hockey broadcasts were managed. Brian's foundation in journalism and broadcasting was established while studying at the University of Oklahoma from 2005 to 2007.
