Mark Hebert

Mark Hebert is a Principal at Fish & Richardson P.C. with a focus on intellectual property litigation, particularly in medical device patent litigation. Mark has extensive experience in competitor-cases and USPTO proceedings. Prior to their legal career, Mark worked as an Engineer in the Nuclear Industry. Mark holds a JD from Suffolk University Law School and MS and BS in Mechanical and Nuclear Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
