Monte McKee is an experienced business professional and entrepreneur with a diverse background in various industries. Monte has been the Business Owner of Fitness Machine Technicians since January 2022, focusing on the repair and maintenance of fitness equipment. As the Franchise Owner/Operator of Fish Window Cleaning since January 2006, Monte provides commercial and residential window cleaning services. Monte has also served as the President of McKee Clear Service Solutions, Inc. since December 2005, specializing in management consulting with a focus on Lean Process and Six Sigma improvement methodologies. Prior experience includes a tenure as Program Manager at Raytheon Aircraft Company from July 1986 to March 2006, overseeing multiple aircraft programs. Monte holds a BBA in Management/Marketing from Wichita State University and completed studies at Butler Community College.
