Phil Genovese

Phil Genovese is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the retail and real estate sectors. Currently serving as President of Fish Window Cleaning since May 2016, Phil leads the largest window cleaning company in the United States, focusing on commercial cleaning services through a franchise model. As the Owner of PAVG Group since January 2015, Phil specializes in real estate consulting, covering areas such as retail leasing and asset management. Previous roles include Vice President of Retail Development at Forest City Ratner Companies, where Phil oversaw leasing in the New York metropolitan market, and Senior Vice President of Leasing at Westfield, managing major retail centers including Garden State Plaza. Phil's career also includes significant experience at The Rouse Company and Gimbels Midwest, alongside a solid educational background with a BA from Marquette University.
