Andrew Cain

Andrew Cain is a Network Administrator at Fishbeck, Thompson, Carr & Huber, Inc. (FTCH) since August 2018. Previously, Andrew served as a Service Desk Support Engineer for Secant Technologies from June 2013 to August 2018, where responsibilities included leading support for over ten small to medium-sized businesses and managing remote services for customers linked to a Tier 3 Enhanced Datacenter. Prior to that, Andrew worked as a Technical Support Specialist at the Area Agency on Aging of Western Michigan from June 2012 to June 2013, supporting a diverse range of technology requests for approximately 100 users. Andrew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Networking with a Cisco Specialty from Davenport University, earned between 2011 and 2015.
