Ray Lincolnhol

Ray Lincolnhol currently serves as Vice President and Organizational Effectiveness Department Director at Fishbeck since January 2025. Prior to this role, Ray held the position of Director of HR for the US and Canada at ODL, Inc. from January 2024 to January 2025 and spent two decades at Gordon Food Service, culminating as Regional Director of Human Resources, where Ray led HR functions for three business units with 3,000 employees and $3.5 billion in annual revenue. Previous experience includes significant roles at Pfizer, Knowledge Mechanics, Baan, EWD LLC/Accustar, and Applied Imaging, contributing expertise in HR management, training, eLearning software, and ERP consulting. Ray holds a BA in Finance from Western Michigan University, earned between 1987 and 1991.
