Jugal S.

Jugal S. has a long and varied work experience. Jugal began their career in 2006 as a Tier 2 Technical Support Agent for Vonage, a leading provider of VoIP internet broadband telephone services. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as a Systems Administrator for Brickforce Staffing, where they were responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems on servers and providing desktop support. In 2010, Jugal S. took on a role as a Desktop Support Technician for Kaiser Permanente IT, where they readied new computers and deployed them to users. From 2012 to 2017, they worked for Verizon Wireless as a Member of Technical Staff I, II, and III, where they created a Javascript dashboard, a script which updated 2000 projects, and a new automated procedure. From 2017 to 2018, Jugal S. worked as a Software Engineer for CafeMedia, where they were part of a two-person team that designed and developed the API for a customer-facing dashboard. Finally, from 2018 to 2022, they worked as a Lead Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer - Backend for Pager, and is currently a Lead Backend Engineer for Fishbowl.

Jugal S. has a Bachelor of Science (BS), with honors, in Computer Science from Kean University (2010-2013). Jugal also has an Associate of Arts (AA) from Middlesex County College (2002-2004) with a focus in Liberal Arts and Business Option. Additionally, they have completed a MEAN stack course from Fullstack Academy (2015). Jugal also holds certifications from the OpenJS Foundation (JSNSD, October 2020), Sumo (Fundamentals and Security Analytics Exam, May 2019).
