Steve Farmer

Steve Farmer serves as the Director of Pulp and Paper at Fisher Arnold, Inc., a position held since December 2014, where responsibilities include business development, resource allocation, and project management for the Pulp and Paper Group. Prior to this, Steve was a Partner at Genesis Performance Partners, LLC, focusing on leadership development and manufacturing optimization from January 2010 to November 2014. Previous experience at International Paper included managerial roles in logistics and customer service, where significant cost reductions and operational optimizations were achieved. Steve's career began at Alabama River Newsprint and includes progressive leadership roles at Champion International Corporation. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Auburn University.
