Brianne holds a Master of Science in Marine, Estuarine, Environmental Science (MEES) from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Elmira College. Brianne's research focused on zooplankton community dynamics in relation to the red tide dinoflagellate Karenia brevis on the West Florida shelf of the Gulf of Mexico under the guidance of Dr. Judith M.
