Bruce Phillips

Bruce Phillips has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Bruce started their career at La Madeleine as a General Manager, where they successfully managed several restaurants. Bruce then moved on to The Fold Family Ministries, where they served as Program Director, leading a small residential program for at-risk teens. During their time there, they supervised a team of 15-20 individuals and handled various responsibilities including residential care, counseling, education, and staff management. Currently, Bruce is working at the Fisher House Foundation, initially starting as an Operations Officer and then transitioning to the role of Director of Operations in March 2016. Bruce Phillips received a BBA degree in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin, where they studied from 1977 to 1980. Additionally, they obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in July 2016.
