Jenny Hall is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and support roles within various healthcare and community service organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of House Support at Fisher House Foundation since August 2021, Jenny previously held the position of House Manager at ZACHARY AND ELIZABETH M FISHER HOUSE OF ALASKA INC from February 2013 to February 2021. Earlier in their career, Jenny worked at TriWest Healthcare Alliance for nearly a decade, focusing on TRICARE services as a Subject Matter Expert and in customer service. Additional experience includes serving as Records Information Manager at Western Missouri Medical Center and owning a small business, Masters Touch Book & Gift Store. Jenny holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Studies from the University of Maryland Global Campus and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from the Community Colleges of Spokane.

The Fisher House program provides “a home away from home” for service members, veterans, and their families who are receiving medical treatment at a military or VA hospital. These special houses provide free temporary lodging, private suites, and are walking distance to the medical centers. The homes not only create an instant community for its residents, but also provide each family with a secure and private refuge after a long day to rest and recharge.
