Stuart Sharp

Stuart Sharp is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the pulp and paper industry. Currently serving as a Senior Researcher at ResourceWise since April 2014, Stuart provides consultancy services. Previously, Stuart held the position of Manager of Product Development at Exopack from May 1995 to July 2013 and worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Union Camp Corp from 1995 to 2000, focusing on Over-The-Horizon Technologies and producing white papers for upper management. Stuart's career in product development at James River Corporation spanned from August 1975 to March 1995, where responsibilities included leading product development efforts for consumer towel and tissue products, along with various roles in mill manufacturing, ultimately serving as Technical Director of a pulp and paper mill. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Institute of Paper Chemistry and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Chemistry from Urbana University.
